hey guys i was lookin on ebay for 305/65-17 tires and well i think i found a hell of a deal i can get 4 mickey thompson baja atz radials for 840.00 is this a good deal or what?

What is all involved in performing this lift? Is it fairly easy to do on my own? My experience is very very little.
