What about Rim Width? Does the 12.5 tire fit on my stock 18" rims ok? I assume so. I think the stock rim width is like 18" x 7.5".

Fit is fine, but you will likely wear the center section down a little quicker than the outer section, due to the somewhat narrow wheel. Making sure they are NOT over-inflated will help some.
