bilstein 5100's?

hey guys i have done some looking around on here and havent quite found what im lookin for. i see everyone talking about the 5100's to give an extra
1'' or 2'' but not sure how that works? would it work on a truck already lifted
6''s or no? also do they come with new coilovers when purchased or need those too, can old ones be used? finally is anyone intested in selling a set?

There's a groove in the shock body to set it at 0 or 1 or 2 inch of lift. You choose the setting you want, set the spring seat and voila. You need to use the stock coil spring.

It would work with suspension lift that come with 6'' spacer.
