IF you could do it again??

like it says if you could do it over again would you have lifted your truck or went another routeor maybe did something different..just curious

The only thing I would have done different is gone with A/T's instead of M/T's.

No, I got Toyo's because they last so long, it's just the rough ride that gets old after a while. I had a set of BFG's on my last truck and the ride was much nicer. That's to be expected with M/T's though I guess. I do love the way they look however

The only thing I would have done different was start with a 4x2 instead of a 4x4. Would have cost less, been cheaper on insurance and I'd be getting better gas milage.

would you have lifted it if it was a 2 wheel drive

why do people lift 2wd?? I guess if you are just going for the look it would be ok

The same reason people modify any truck, to suit their needs and taste.

I bought my FX4 for the looks.. I wanted PTM bumpers and leather interior. I've only used the 4x4 a couple times, even then, I might have been able to make it in 2wd.. 99% of my driving is 2wd, then again.. I didn't buy my truck for the 4x4.. it was more or less just a perk.

i would have kept my old truck. 2001 lariat screw 3.5 inch lift 2WD. Loved that truck and miss it like crazy!

out of all the trucks i have owned i have lifted them all but one and every time it comes out of the shop i kick my self for not putting a bigger lift on them sure at first i like it but a month or two latter i want it higher and never have i wanted it shorter the tallest one i did was 8 inch sup,and 5 inch body and rolled on 44s and found it looked great but still found spots i couldn't go and to me if i cant drive there to hunt there ant no hunting there loll
