Hey 99lariat42 I know everyone here says there rides feels the same but Im with YOU!!

My ride sucks!!! And no its not because of my tires!
I had them when I just had my BL and the ride was comfy. And again no my shocks were not shot!! My truck is a 97 but it only has 71500 for mileage I know it would have been a little over the right amount to be replaced but it wasnt too bad I liked the ride! but now
these Craptech (Fabtech) shocks I have suck!! Not a Fun ride!!

Oh well soon Im goin with King Coil Overs in the fron and 14" resevoirs in the rear!!

Based on discussions with the Bilstein shock gurus a couple of years ago, they recommended this:

Front: F4-BE5-6526-H5 (5100 series X2), mounts directly.

Rear: F4-BE5-A465-H7 (5100 series X2). Note, to mount these rear shocks on a 1997-2003 F150, you also need the Warrior Products post-to-eye conversion (#161) as these rear Bilsteins are a dual eye setup.

I have this exact setup on my truck right now and it works like a charm. No issues with the Warrior shackles, either. I am running a Fabtech 6" suspension lift with a 4" rear block and 35" Nitto Terra Graplers.

Oh yeah, add me to the group of people who were not at all impressed with the stock Fabtech shocks. Also, note that use of shocks other than Fabtech will void the lift warranty. Just sayin'...

Mike

I love my Fabtech! Rides better then stock for sure! But, the shocks are definitely crap! They freaking suck! I went with the 5100 Bilsteins on the front, an the 5125's for the back!
