So i went into 4wheelparts today to get an estimate on my 07 fx4 screw.

8" rize- brake line kit, add a leaf

The only reasonable price was the rize lift for $2200 w/ brake line kit and add a leaf.
Is this a usual price for this setup. of course im not going to do it. I would install it myself.

 

Tirepackage.com has better wheel/tire prices than 4wheel most of the time. Even if you save $100...that will get you a few cases of ummmmm soda.

 

The 24s are what's killing you. Go with 20s instead, it'll save you some serious coin.

Doesnt look too unfair to me. The bigger the rim the more expensive the wheel and the tire. Thats a great price for a rize.

 

+1 for going way smaller on the wheels. 24s and hell 22s are too big for a tire like that. Too much wheel and not enough rubber. Then again, I'm a little biased with my 38s on 16s.

FYI I was able to get my wheels and tires for about 950 total

 

for smaller wheels. 20's is the max I would go Remember, it's not a lowered street car, it's a lifted truck (or going to be), put some freaking rubber on there .

yea the rims and tires are killing ya, i love big rims but for that much i'd go smaller. but i must say 37's on 24's does look SICK

that really aint a bad price for the rims and tires neither, id personally go 37's on 22's save youself some money and can easily tell there bigger than 20's.
this guy had 37's on 22's and then went 37's on 24's, i like the hulks better. but eitherway you cant loose

 

thanks for the input, 22's on 37's dont look that bad actually. I origanlly wanted rockstars, but they dont make the 24" rockstar in our bolt pattern so i had to settle for the monster which im not head over hills about. I want to be different then everyone in town with 20's, so i wanted to go as big as i could. But i guess 22" black rockstars would look good. Now let me ask this. Should i get the kuhmo road venture mt or toyo open country mt. and is 13.50 going to look to narrow. I wanted 24's becuase i could get a 37/14/24.

 

No the 13.5 will look perfect IMO

 

personally, I'd opt for the Toyo's.

 

Everything you listed looks about right. Like others have said, the wheels and tires are killing you. That is an easy fix, though, since 24's and 37's are crap with a Rize kit. Go with the 22's if anything.

 

does anyone have any pics of our trucks on those black mazzi hulk wheels. I found out they make those in a 24" wheel for our bolt pattern. thanks
