Will 4wd spindles fit on 2wd?

Can I put factory 4wd spindles on my 2wd to give it some more lift in the front? Also, does anyone know how much longer they are than the 2wd spindles? Thanks.

Thumbs up 2wd vs 4wd spindles.

if you are talking 04 on up, like the 06 in your signature, then this is what i would suggest, as its the most cost effective way of getting the lift you are probably looking for. I've already got several thousand miles on it and i'm about to install the exact same custom kit on a friends regular cab.

How much lift in the front did that give you? I've been thinking about just taking out my 2" level kit and getting the 3" but everyone talks about how bad of angles it puts your balljoints at. Also, did you just have to do a toe adjustment on your alignment or a camber/caster adjustment also?
