8" rize owners...I need help

I origanaly planned on buying a procomp lift and adding a spacer to fit my new 37's. Well after talking to a couple of reps they say the stage one comes with spacers, so adding a spacer to that is not an option. The reps say i have to get a stage two then add the spacers, and if I am going to spend that much money I am just going to break the bank and buy a 8'" rize.:o I just have a couple of questions.

1. Does the kit come with EVERYTNING NEEDED to lift it. Do I have to buy the driveshaft available. Do i Have to buy a brake line kit also.

2. What kinda shocks come standard.

3.I was wanting to get the fox 2.0 rezzy, are these decent shocks.

4. Were is the best place to get this kit I have only checked 2 places and i found it for a little over 1600.00 and this place is located here in tennessee so I woulos also have to pay taxes on it, another place i found it for 1300.00. So no contest there does anyone know of a better price. ANY input will be great.

I would get an aal for the rear that way you would be level. You will need to get the brake line kit. I don't think that you'll need to buy the driveshaft.

I am not sure what kind of shocks come standard, mine came with bilstein 5150's.

You will need the extended brake lines for your 2007. I would agree with getting the leaf, but that is personal preference.

2. What kinda shocks come standard.

I got mine with the 5100's and that is what the shop said the kit came with, but I'm not a 100% sure.

Can't help you there. I'm sure they are better than the stockers.

Where the heck are you finding it for those prices? Lowest I have seen is $2600.
Answers above.

Neuspeed pretty much hit it on the head. One more thing, your shop is wrong. You cannot add spacers to the coilovers that come with a procomp stage II kit. You can crank the coilovers that come with it and fit 37"s depending on the wheel and tire width.

FYI, the Rize kit will be the same setup as the ProComp stage I. It will use an 8" spacer and drop bracket in the kit. Sweet looking Crossmember too.

If you found it for 2300, thats a great deal. I paid 26 and change for the kit with the brake line, which you do need for an 07 as mentioned above.

If you don't want it to sag you will need the aal.

I'm going with 37's and 4.88's. That puts me a little lower overall than stock but I have the 4.6 so I'm wanting some more poop once its done.

I ended up needing driveshafts....
Deaver 4" leaf packs havent been worth what I payed yet.....
I would get the new brake lines, I think you have to?
The kit should come with 5150's rear, stock up front...
also go with 4.88 gears. I chose Yukons front and rear

I'm about to do the same lift with 37's as well and when I went to 4wheel parts they recommended 4.56...? Also I want to supercharge it down the line how would .88's do with a supercharger? I highly doubt they could handle it.

Are you talking about the front or rear shocks? If you're talking about the fronts, get the Kings, not Foxes.

Why would the 4.88s not be able to handle the supercharger? The 4.88s are only bringing your effective drivetrain ratio back to stock since the rolling mass has increased so much ... Definitely get the stainless steel brake lines and rear Bilstein 5150s. The front driveshaft isn't needed. I did need a rear driveshaft but it seems to be hit or miss to if you need one or not. Just install the lift and find out. If you need one, you're tailshaft going into the transfer case will be leaking transmission fluid since it's too short. If you're going to be keeping the lift at the 8" of lift, just get a 2" add-a-leaf for the rear.

Okay first off, were can i get the gears for a decent price?

Second, how much is the driveshaft, and i wonder if the cab size, and/or year model has anything to do with rather or not you need it.

Third, why the bilstiens over the fox shocks?

Fourth, can some of you guys post some pics of your trucks with the rize kit and say rather or not you have the drive shaft and what kinda shocks...ppplllleeeaaaassseee:o
