I have an 06 2wd screw. If the difference between a 2wd and a 4wd is 1.5" in the front than 33" tires on my factory 20" wheels should work with a 1.5" spacer in the front right?

the difference between 04+ F150 is 2" between 2wd and 4wd i would go with a 2.5" A.S. leveling kit and some 33" nitto terra grapplers on your stock 20's

I agree. The new 4x4's sit about 2 inches taller than the 4x2's.
