Get 35s. Everytime I look at my truck I wish I had bigger tires.

I have the 2.5 kit and 305/55/20's = 33". I average 13mpg. Not sure if you 4x2 or 4x4 but your number should stay higher if you are 4x2.

I have the 2.5leveling kit and 35's....I love them. They do rub a little at full whell lock, but every time I look at the truck I'm glad I went with the 35's. Plus I hope to get a 6 in lift soon and will keep the 35's...(wouldn't look as good with a 6in lift and 33s). I do get 11.5mpg in the city but haven't calculated highway miles. I have the 5.8 and 4x4.

Question Also trying to decide which tires to run...

Have an 06 Flared Scab.

Going to put in the 2.5" front and 3" rear block...

Have Stock 20's.

Was going to add 35's or 33's
I tow a boat and need to go lock to lock often...

Those of you running 35's ...Are they 35x12.50's?

Because I have seen that some companys make a tire 35" tall but still only 11" wide!

Anyone have experiance with these? Do they still rub at lock??

I've been running the BFG 285/65/20 which are pretty much a 35/11.5, so far I really like them and there is no rubbing at all. They are tall enough to fill the wheel wells but not so wide they hang out or drain more power. If I drive it at 75 mph. I have been getting around 13.5 to 14 on the interstate, closer 15 on two lane highways.

Start and stop city driving about 12mpg, highway with cruise set at 65mph up to 18mpg. This is with 35's. I can't complain about my truck's mileage.

So 35's will fit on my 2wd F150 with a 2.5" Daystar leveling kit? That way when I get a 6" lift I dint have to buy another set of tires.

Dont think 35's will fit a 2wd with just a 2.5 inch leveling kit. . dont think you ever said if you had a 2wd or 4wd before now
