A body lift will not affect the handling much at all.
Do you have a 4x2 or 4x4?

welcome to the site bud.... I would need to see some pics, but I assume the 3" lift is hopefully just the 2.5" or less . Is yours 4x4 ? ? If so, having a small 2-2.5" leveling kit would make it able to fit 35" tires. If your a 4x2 with a leveling kit then you can fit 33" tires.

They do make a 3" leveling kit, but the angle its puts on your upper control arms and your CVs is really bad and not suggested much on this site. Wears out your ball joints fairly fast. And I have not seen a 2" body lift for our model trucks, the only body lift I have seen is a 3" . they are pretty cheap but hard to install yourself and very expensive have someone else do it.

Any time you raise the vehicle higher in the air, you're going to create a higher center of gravity thus increasing your roll-over risk.

I know .... The only reason why body roll would be affected would because you'd have a higher center of gravity. It'd be no different between a suspension lift and a body lift. Shocks could make a difference though.

You will probably not even notice a difference between stock and a body lift. I never had.
As for tires, most 4x4's come stock with 32's so I bet you have 33's. What size are they?
