Your truck listed is an '03, not the same suspension that the '04+ trucks have as listed by Mhockey9090, so it is not relevant.

As far as taking the block out of the rear, are you really interested in lowering your truck?

If so, yes, you will need new ubolts (shorter) and they springs sit right on the spring perch on the axle.

If you aren't really interested in lowering your truck, you can also crank up your torsion bars 1.5-2" safely, this does make your ride quality a bit more harsh (some don't like it, some say they can't tell the difference) You don't need anything but a floor jack, and a ratchet with the right size socket (maybe a bit of elbow grease as well) This will raise the front end enough to level out the truck.

With that said, you can go "too far" with a torsion crank which is hard on the ball joints and other corresponding hardware, so don't get carried away! Its best to stay away from "reindexed torsion Keys" for this very reason.

HTH

Josh

Thanks for the info Josh. I do want to lower this truck because it is just my work truck. I actually have two 2003 on the other one I have the torsion bars turned up and some after makert mods but this truck is just going to stay stock and I figured lowering the rear would make more sense than rasing the front because that two inches lower will help with the loading and unloading of tools, lumber and all that other work crap I carry in it (LOL) thanks again
