just give him negative feedback and let ebay know, I think they have a claims dept. It is buyer beware on ebay though . . .Good luck
A friend of ours sold some OEM mustang wheels on ebay and the ppl that bought them made a claim that they where not as advertised/ruined/crappy or w/e else (not real sure on details), either way they got to keep the wheels and he had to refund shipping and their money. . .A raw, crappy deal if you ask me, they should have to give the wheels back. .

It also comes in "Wife Beater". But I am not sure if they make one to form fit pure lineman muscle, it might just be intended for regular muscle. That sucks.
