Ya, tell me about it. Mine looks like a funny car, but man you can load it up with stuff. I've put around 1600 lbs in the bed (shingle bundles, 21 or 22) and it was a little below level. Rode nice loaded like that. Chevy 4x4's look like a Ford 2wd.

Not to mention, I'm pretty sure it also helps with crash tests.

It sure does block out a lot of your vision. I can never see those little sub-compact cars when I'm parking. I have to park by braille.

I'm putting in a 3" body lift in the next couple of weeks on an 01 screw 4wd. What size levelling kit would I need for the front end to level it out? Also, would it be harder to install the levelling kit after the body lift is done? Thankis

All you need to do is crank your torsion bars, a leveling kit is not needed nor is it recommended (I referring to the after market leveling torsion keys). A couple of turns on the torsion bars underneath the truck and you'll be all leveled out. I would advise doing this after your lift because you should get an allignment anytime you mess with the torsion bars. Lift the truck, put your new tires on, crank the bars to eliminate any rubbing on the front end and then get an allighnment. Should should be good to go.

But that's the fun in having a lifted truck - is that you get to blind the people in little cars. Why else would anyone mount all those extra lights?

exactly, which is why you put HIDs in AFTER you lift your truck.

Of course if you do have a load or tow anything after putting on a leveleing kit, you will always be going uphill.
