6in ProComp <--- Not Leveled

I have just installed a 6in ProComp lift on my 06 Ford F150 4x4. The front is higher then the rear by three inches. Didn't have this problem with the body lift. Can anyone give me some advices on why this is so? Everything looks and drives fine. I do have to trim a very small protion of the wheel well in the front because of rubbing when turning. Very minor. Don't want to have to lower front anymore.

The rear block was only 2.5 inches. I measure the before/after height. Might be off some what seen I am not on a completely leveled ground. Measurement are from the center of the wheel to the lip of the wheel well. Below are measurements:
Before After
Front Driver 25.5 33
Front Passenger 25.75 33.5
Rear Driver 27.5 30.75
Rear Passenger 27.5 30

measure from ground to the area where door hinge is... like from ground up until you hit the bottom of door closest to the wheel... you can't get it perfect the way you measured it..

Either way, if you look at the picture below, it is completely way off. With out having to measure anything, just looking at the truck you can see it is not leveled.

The front went up almost 8 inches while the back about 3 inches. Ford offset the rear by setting it 2 inches higher. So that's 8 front 5 rear. Need 3in on rear to level it. I'm I missing something here.

Note: Talked to ProComp rep. before hand and he said that I "didn't need to adjust the coilover shock as they come preconfigured for your install". Don't want to adjust coilover lower because it will rub substantially.

You'll need to add an AAL. My Fabtech was lower in the rear also.

A extra Leaf Spring that you install in the rear. (Add A Leaf) Pro Comp makes a 1.5"/2", Skyjacker makes them up to 4". A lot to choose from.

Also if you don't tow a lot adding some air bags may work for you.

Did you stack the blocks in the rear?

I could swear the Procomp kits use their 2.5" block as well as the factory 2" block.

Yes, as instructed, the stock (oem) block sits on top of the new procomp 2.5in block. Just finished measuring it again on a flat surface (below).

Driver ---- Passenger

33.75 ---- 33.75 <---Front
30.50 ---- 30.25 <---Rear

Bottom line, I need an additional 3in in the rear to level it. Called ProComp, they said they will sell me the parts at cost. Shlt if I new this I would have never went with them.

So they are selling me a 3in block to replace the 2.5in block. A 1.5 in add a leaf, 1in shims, and a replacable u-bolt. What do you all think of this setup? Will this work? Ruff ride, no?

Yep, I believe he's right. This weekend the powerblock program "xtreme 4x4" did a Pro-Comp install on an F-150 and used the stock block as well as the pro-comp block stacked on top of it.

But funny, they never mentioned an AAL during the show, although it makes sense to do it.

Don't like the pre-runner look.

Heres what I did on the final measurements. I measured ground clearance from ground to end of rear bottom doors. Jack up the back (on the tow hitch) and measured again after leveling the truck. Final, need 2.75 of additional lift on rear.

Note: I used a level between the middle of the two doors to make sure it was leveled.

One good thing, ProComp said they will sell me the parts at cost. F-er should have mentioned this.
Selling me a 3in block to replace the 2.5in block. Drive shaft spacer and add a leaf. More work for me. Thanks allllll.

More pics up tomorrow.
