If so, how tough was it and how long did it take to install?
Any welding/cutting/drilling required?

I know they list it as a "True Bolt On" suspension, but I think they say that because there is no mods to the tranny or driveline.

I'm in the market for a lift, would rather have a suspension than body, but would really like to do it myself.
I did do it myself...took a little over 8 hrs. with all the right stuff (lift, air tools, plasma cutter etc.) but did it in a day. Not a horrible project by any means if you've worked on cars before. I had to cut the crossmember horn on driverside (was in the way of the relocated diff) but the others with maybe exception of Rize require the same cut. Nothing else to cut, drill or weld. Installation guide is on Rancho's website for reference.
