2wd or 4wd?

You could do a add-a-leaf, taller blocks, or airbags. Just to name a few for you to think on.

Add-A-Leaf or AAL is just 1 leaf spring you add to your current factory ones. It will give you about 1" - 2" lift. You have a 4wd so your blocks should be 2" right now. I'm not sure what size blocks are for sale in the aftermarket world but they are very simple to install. Both yield the same results. I think your best bet would be an AAL.

Tire size wont affect your aal. You can go with taller blocks, ride rite airbags, or the aal, all will get the job done. the airbags will keep the level look, and help keep it level when towing. the aal will kick the rear end up and give it some rake again, but depending on the trailer it will also keep the truck level with a load.

here's a pic of mine with the 2.5" AS and 1.5" skyjacker aal

Good Luck

The AAL or airbags would be your best bet.

PS: I don't think they make a 1" AAL but I'm pretty sure they do make a 1-1/2" AAL.

Is the mechanism of the AAL to stiffen the leafs, or is it raising the suspension?

ergo does the AAL stiffen the ride...
