I think I read a post a week or so ago that PA would have one out this month for the 06 model.

It's out, Part #70083, should of already hit the distributors. Check out their site http://www.performanceaccessories.com/, install intructions are also posted...Rear Bumper install looks intensive.

Good Luck,

Weird...I had a 2004-2005 PA BL Kit (Part #70063) installed on mine...kit works for 2wd/4wd. Reason why PA won't include the Flareside on the 2006 kit is b/c of the Rear Bumper re-location kit. 2006 F150 regular rear bumpers have 4 bolts to the frame vice 6 bolts on the Flareside. I had a fabricator make rear bumper brackets for me and I have the template if your interested.

several of the shops that I talked to show it as being available yet they can not order it yet. I'm not sure what the problem is.

They are receptive to emails at PA. I've already bothered them selveral times. Always a response within a day. If you do ask about a shipping date. I'm curious but not going to bother them again.

backwoods,
It is not on their website. Who do you plan on using to install. I see you are also in VA. Maybe we can use some leverage to get the best deal if you are close to me. I'm in Newport News. I've called the local shops check out my post in the mid atlantic regional forum

I've done some leg work here. I'm still going to wait another week or so until I can guarentee they are using the 06 kit instead of modding the 05 kit. I've noticed it seems like they are making up prices off the top of their heads. Maybe you could follow up with these shops. I usually just ask how much for a 3" lift on an 06 150. If they justy give a price I then ask how they modify the rear bumper this is a telling point on how much they know.

So far here are the quotes and issues for an 06 3" body lift
Pungo $850. Clamied he had the best prices apparently not so. Plus terrible customer service no calls returned

Production $700-750. Understood the difference in the kit even offered to call PA and get a release date.

Team Hi-dust $725 Did not know there was any difference between the 05 & 06.

Pro TRuck: $600. He stated they took care of the difference in the bracket, which worries me a little.
