AS 2" level kit?

What does everyone think? I want to put on the 2" AS level kit, but I am still worried about the ball joints getting ate up. I also pull a boat sometimes. I run 305/55/20 on stock 20's. I was thinking 2" AS and firestone air bags or 1.5" AAL? https://www.f150online.com/galleries....cfm?gnum=8725

i have had my 2" kit on for like 12k i think and no problems, the truck sits perfectly level, as for the rear i would recommend the air bags cause the AAL will raise the rear all the time and then the truck wont sit level any more, just my 2 cents

I have the 2.5" AS for about 10k no problems at all! I think that if you dont beat it to death offroad, you shouldnt have any problems. if you know what i mean, know the limits cause its only a leveling kit not a lift. I have the 1.5" skyjacker AAL and love it, yes it does put rake back in the truck, but i dont think its that much to be honest. It sits nice and level when you pull a trailer. Like 06FX4 said airbags will keep it level, and the aal will give it rake, all depends on what you want. Id say either is a good decision.

BTW, nice truck, I love the factory 20's on the FX4!
