Question Aluminum bolt-on spacers good?

Continuing to beat the spacer thing to death,

Who out there is using the EZ-Lift type bolt-on-top spacer? I have seen them from EZ-Lift, Stillen, and now Skyjacker is making them too. Just curious to see what kind of luck everyone is having as far as UCA and spring contact. Please include: 4wd or 2wd, miles since install, good and bad news, and tire size. I like the idea of the aluminum not rusting like steel can.

Thoughts and suggestions?

do a search on them people seam to love them on your year truck but ive heard that the ploycestor one will damage your suspension now im unsure of this problem with the ploy's but the aluminum is the way to level your truck and still allow room for further suspension lifts

There is nothing wrong with the steel, aluminum or urethane spacers.

What is Ploycestor? Did you mean Polyurethane? Yeah, I'm not a fan of taking the strut apart. Not that it is hard, I'm just lazy. Did a search for ploycestor and cant find anything about it on the net or this forum. But thanks.

Fwiw, I've had the EZ Lift aluminum spacers on my '05 for about 33,000-miles now with no signs of trouble. It does require an alignment afterwards though.

I am glad to hear that someone has had them on for some time and is still having good luck with them.
