I've been looking around for them, and found a couple pics. The pics just show 2 parts. Is that all there is to the kit? All it does is lift up the front 2.5"?

Another question, is it better than the bilstein shock lift? Looks like it would be easier to install.

 

Much easier to install, and cheaper. The only reason i see to do the shocks is if the ones you have are already going bad, otherwise IMO it seems like a lot of money to spend for not much change. To answer your questions, yes it is 2 pieces total, they bolt right onto the top of your struts, and take about 2-3 hours to install, they look great and dont change your ride quality at all. My pictures in my gallery are after i installed my 2.5" AS leveling kit, it doesnt look bad to me!
