Question Lots of frame flex?

Hi guys . Your forum is great, I have learned alot about my truck from reading your posts. I have a 93 F150 xlt that I just bought and have noticed that the bumper raises alot when the wheels are turned from left to right. When I went under and looked I noticed that the frame flexes alot when the wheels are turned, also the bumper is sagging on the driver side and the sway bar is missing on the truck. Has driving without a sway bar screwed up the frame or is this flex normal?

Driving without the swaybar would not harm anything. The frames do have some flex but you might want to inspect the frame rail for any cracks or rust spots just to be safe. After that alaign the bumper and you should be good. With my Dodge when I would go offroad and flex the suspenion you could see the cab and bed of the truck going opposite directions 4" or so. It wasnt pretty but always returned to normal once on flat ground
