How to change Shocks

I have just put a 2-4" drop on my 2000 F-150 Harley Davidson and now I want to replace the shocks. I have 4 Toxic Shocks by ProComp and I am trying to find Info on how to change rear and front shocks. Any Help..

FRONT, you drop the lower control arm out from the frame, after decompressing spring, pull coil and shock together, replace whatever you are replacing, and put it back toghether
REAR: use a flat wrench to decompress shock, right up against the under side of the bed, (its nice to have a ratcheting wrench here), then unbolt under side of shock on axle.

I am tired, so forgive me if this doesnt make sense. email me if you want better directions. See this thread for a better write up i did on the front
