Suspension Lift Kit , 99, 4x4

I'm running 35" tires with 9" wheels and 3" PA lift kit on my 1999 , 4x4, Flairside. The truck looks great, but i'm thinking of more height.
My question is:
What is the recommended Suspension Lift kit for this truck, and if anyone running 35" tires with the suspension lift . any pics?

The 6 inch Fabtech and 5 inch RCD are probably the two best lifts for our trucks.

I just installed 6" Fabtech lift and 35 x 12.5 tires 2 weeks ago and I like it.
Don't know about any other lifts.

It wasn't real hard but it does take a little common sense. Thanks to the encouragement from the guys from this forum and all the good info here. I had three people helping but I think that was to many. You can tell the difference in power but if you change the gears I think you wouldn't notice.(from what I read here) Not sure about mpg yet because I have to get my speedo callibrated.
