Actually the PA lift is going for about $150 now. The cheapest I've seen them in the last 2 years was for $120 at natltire.com where I got mine, but they've raised their prices to $150 now. Install for a body lift can be anywhere from $300 to $700, kinda depends on the shops in your area. Its ALOT cheaper to install it yourself with the help of a couple friends.

Hey, I got my lift for my 97 flareside 2wd at 4 wheel auto parts. Don't know if there is one in your area. Places like JC Whitney and Summit racing have them too. Yes, I had to cut part of the frame horns off to relocate the front bumpers. Just make sure you have some help. It took a buddy and myself 22 hours to complete this task. But everything that could go wrong went wrong on mine!!!!! We even had to get out the old blue wrench to take the bed bolts out. Good luck and have fun!!!!!!

No you won't have to cut the frame horns. The only way you do is if you don't want to cut a little off the plastic valance. To me it was dumb to cut the frame when all you're removing is 2 1"x5" strips of plastic.

If you want to do the lift you better start soaking the bolts with good penetrating oil at least a week in advance. If you don't you'll have a heck of a time getting some of them out.

Yeah, the one that you don't put on is perfect.

Seriously, I would only put one on if I needed it in addition to a suspension, for fitting real big tires. That's about all they're good for IMNSHO. Best to save your bucks and spring (no pun intended) for a suspension lift.
