Your front does look taller than your rear, if not level. Very nice!

It only sits 3/4 inch taller in the front...even though it only got lifted 1 inch ( 3 in spindles - 2 inch blocks) front? Cause i was looking into putting coil spacers on mine to level it out, but i wasn't sure whether to put on 1 inch ones or 1.75 inch ones to level the truck out. Hey did you do the lift yourself, cause i was looking into putting new shocks on mine but wasn't sure with what ease that it could be done, and possibly blocks if the spacers are too much in the front.

Ilmagill:
It could have been perfectly level with 2 and 3/4 inch blocks in the rear, but I like it better this way. Before you buy anything, determine how high you need to go where. Some trucks come out of the factory very high in the rear and low in the front, some almost level, so, what works for somebody else might not work for you, this is why it is better to measure beforehand. What determines how your truck is going to look is the straight body line from fender to fender, so, measure the distance from the BACK of the FRONT fender to the floor, and then from the FRONT of the REAR fender to the floor. the difference between these two figures is how much you have to lift (usually in the front)to level.
The shocks are a pain in the butt because they are a lot thicker than OEM and there is not much space to maneuver them into the mounts.
Yes we did the installation (me and my wife) in my garage, it took us almost a day. Besides the normal shop tools (jackstands, floorjack, socket set, etc.) you need a 18mm socket to remove the brake caliper bolts, and a Pitman arm puller. There are three balljoints on each side that need to be removed and this tool fits perfectly in all three of them. The Toe-In does change, so it is necessary to have it realigned.email me if you have more questions.

Roberto-

Thanx for the great info. And i must say I wish I went with the spindle lift instead of the body cause your truck, well its awesome. I went out and mesured and its a little over 1.5 inches lower in the front, but i got a little bit of time before i do anything. Just one question, when you got it realigned did you need the alignment cams? I called an alignment shop and they want 60 bucks for both cams and 50 for the install but every off road store i went to wants 120 for them...is that just their mark up.

Yes, i had to get the alignment cams. The alignment shop charged me 120.00 for the cams and the install. I am very pleased with my truck, the installation of the lift was easy but time consuming.

One ? Roberto, are those "Triton V8" emblems you have on your front fenders from a super duty? I like the look better than the standard F150 Triton V8 emblems. It's a nice touch, and was just thinking of adding a set of billet ones to my rig. I need to learn this posting pics stuff, so I can show it off.

Z71 Killer:
Those "Triton V8" emblems are for a 1997 E150 full size van. They come separate from the E150 emblem. I ordered them from the Ford dealer for less than 4.00 apiece.
IMHO they look better than the standard F150 Triton emblem.

Roberto, I also like the way those front emblems look, so now I have to ask. Were there any holes behind the old "Triton V8" emblems, or just sticky tape??? Also, do you happen to have a part # handy???
Thanks, Tony
P.S. Looks tons better with the lift.

I don't know if there were any holes or not. I didn't have to remove anything. My truck is a 1997 and back then they didn't have a triton anything on the side, then when the '98's came in and they had the triton emblem I ordered some for my truck but the dealer ordered the ones for the E150 Van. When they came in I liked those better, and they come with double sided tape.
I have the part # somewhere, I will dig it out and post it.

Roberto-
Nice job, I have the exact setup you do (spindles, blocks, AR 16x8 but I went with the 305s). Same color but mine isn't two tone.

I managed to get by without the ball joint puller, we just beat it out with a hammer. I think you did it the better way though.
