Question 4" Suspension Lift on 2002 F150 FX4

I am looking for someone who has a 2002 F150 FX4 model with a suspension lift. I'm trying to find out who makes a suspension lift for my truck. I already have a 3" body and I wanted to add 4" of lift, but don't know of anyone who has a suspension lift on an FX4 model 2002.

Hmmm......lets see. Rancho, Superlift, Rough Country, and I believe Skyjacker has their 4" out. If you want in the 5-6" range you can go with RCD, Fabtech, and most of the other companies listed above. The search function on the site quit working again?

I just had a Rancho 4" put on my 2002 F150 Screw. Its not an fx4, but that doesn't really matter.

Keeping all of these lifts in mind, I want the best lift for a reasonable price. What is the best lift, price wise, on the market? Eventually once I get my truck done, I will be able to post it on this forum to show the completed project. Thanks for the responses.

If it was my truck I would go with one of the Lift Companies that uses an add a leaf to achieve the rear portion of the lift I personally do not like Stacking blocks. As for price they are all simalrly priced with I think the trail master being the least but it uses a spacer on the font stock steering knuckels I believe most other companies replace the knckles with new longer ones which in my opinion is a better way to cheiver the lift in fron then I think next in price is Rancho,Pro Comp ,Superlift etcc.. Don't forget about new gears once you go with larger tires to bring the engine back into it's proper operating range

Just to show what can go wrong when stacking blocks. Its not as bad when you run 1 taller block, but stacking them isn't good. In these pictures one of the blocks either crushed or popped out.

I agree, go with an add-a-leaf lift, but ideally get a whole new arched leaf pack (have to buy that separately), but there you're talking more cash, but you get a terrific setup.

And the picture above is why i don't like stacking of blocks. Like powerstroke and I said add-a-leaf or Completely new spring pack all together Superlift makes some really nice spring and I think they offer a cash back gaurntee for ride or something like that but that might only be for the F250SD Lift kit springs.

4" lift

I have the 4" rancho kit on my 02 fx4 ext cab long bed. I love the kit!!! It went on easily, with no frone end allignement adjustments nessary when I took it to the allignment shop! I spend probley one weekend a month 60 miles down padre islane shark fishing and have gotten many many enveous remarks fron friends who go with me! I highly recomend it.....ALTHOUGH I too would be intrested in a 3" body kift to go up to 35's . I dont trim the valance tofit them with just the susp. kit rather opted to stick with the 33's.
