I've had my '02 Screw 4X4 (5.4L) for about six weeks. I just noticed a rattle in the front passenger door. I don't notice it when I'm driving, only when I close the door. Anybody else have this problem? thanks.

 

I had the same problem recenlty with my truck. I had found that there are 2 screws at the bottom of the plactic molding that hold it to the door. One of them had come loose and caused the rattle. After tightening it up, no more rattles. Hope that helps!

 

Had the same thing on my '01 SCrew I just bought. Service dept. replaced a missing screw in the driver door panel. Problem fixed!
