It sounds like you may have some missing or defective weather strips . I think someone had this problem awhile back and it was missing the weather strip on one of the door bottoms

My '02 Screw 4x4 Lariat has some minor issues, but the wind noise you are describing is not one of them. Overall, the ride noise is quite reasonable, even at 70+ mph, though I have not tested the "noise reduced" '03 version. I am not sure I want to or I may be disappointed with my recent purchase.

Good luck with the resolution.

I do know that on the 2001 SCREWs the driver side window sometimes does not go all the way up at highway speeds. Make sure your driver side window is all the way up. If it pops or sound like it slams against the top a lot then it may have a track issue. Mine does this occasionally but not enough for me to bring it in or comlain.

Also what did you drive before? You may be used to a quieter ride. Get some Dynomat or something similar and take off as many plastic panels you can then put that matting behind them put it all back together, this is something I am thinking of doing soon.

My '01 SuperCrew is quiet enough to have a relaxed conversation with the back seat passengers.

I had a '97 that had horrible wind noise. Took it back to the dealer and they replaced the seals and adjusted the door. Quieted the wind noise right down.

Take your truck back to the dealer and complain.

Take it in to the dealer, sounds like a door needs adjustment to seal the double weatherseal, not an uncommon problem

No problems with my SuperCrew and I regularly cruise along at 70-80 MPH.

The lack of wind noise in my '02 SCrew is notable. When we test drove it, wife and I commented that it was quieter than our Toyota Avalon. Something is wrong somewhere with yours, IMHO.

SCrews are well Known for their QUIET RIDE. What you are describing is not normal.
