I was detailing my supercrew after a long set in the garage and noticed about an 1/8" crack on the back door of the driver's side. The crack is located on the front edge of the door right below the plastic black molding at the bottom of the window. Has anyone else had this problem or is it a continuation of the door cracks that ford is famous for. I plan to keep an eye on the crack and if it gets worse, I will take it back to dealer. From what i understand the door cracks are near the bottom of the door toward the front. Some have said it is near the hinges and motor for the power window are mounted inside the door. I could be worng (I have only seen pics) but the crack in your picture looks like it is from manufacturing. (Nothing structural about that area)

 

Ditto, I don't think your crack is the traditional crack that is discussed here.
