Why are you running no air filter or box? Sounds kinda dumb.. Are you getting any check engine lights?

No air filter? You are destroying your engine.

Like I can diagnose your truck through the Internet with no more info than you have provided?

Take it over to a parts store and get the OBD2 scanned for trouble codes. If there are any, post them by exact "P" number.

Which engine, and does it have coil on plug or coil pack and spark plug wire ignition? When was the last time the spark plugs were changed? Have you run a compression test? Are your cats plugged?

After reading some posts from fordboy, I'm starting to feel he's just a troll and is messing with people. I just can't take some of the questions seriously.
