let's see some pics!! i'd love to see a pic of the screw with a big bed lol I remember a while back the guys from street trucks put a bed from an ext cab on a screw..looks sick!!

Don't have the 6.5' bed, wasn't available in 01-03 style, don't want it either, coming from a Supercab 6.5' bed. You can fit larger items in it with the tailgate closed, but there is less payload available.

Wanted the 5.5 because my '06 250 diesel Screw was like driving a limo. Love the look of the 6.5 on the 150. Looks proportionate. Same 157" wheelbase as the 250 I had though, but seems easier to drive.

I like my 6.5 bed, but I think the 5.5 bed looks more proportional
