I have talked to a couple parts dept. people what they have are 2 replacement radiator numbers. And no other imformation. They can't tell you anything else.
If you give them your vin. number they will tell you that you have the correct radiator for your truck.

Talked to the parts guy today, says he
has 2 radiators for the 4.6 and only one for the 5.4 engines.. interesting...
Then called 1-800-392-Ford and talked to a rep who took my VIN and put me on hold twice and came back with the same as parts guy.
Only one radiator for the 5.4
I then told him of the basis for my claim,
which is the 2001 Ford f-150 E-Source book
and multiple threads from my fellow screw owners. He then said he was putting the claim in for investigation and I should
hear from them in a few days. I will keep you posted. In the meantime, if you have already spoken to the dealer, - and they
will ask - try calling that 1-800 number
on the top of my thread and put in
your .02 cents.

My dealer order all three radiators and I got to check them out. Here's the real specs and part #.
XL3Z-8005-DA this is the 1.02" one row

YL3Z-8005-GA this is the 1.42" one row

F75Z-8005-GB this is the 2.20" two row

These are listed for the 2001 5.4L.

The XL3H------AB, XL3H-8005-DA and the XL3Z-8005-DA are the same 1.02".

The YL3H-8005-GA and the YL3Z-8005-GA are the same 1.42".

The F75H-8005-GA is the super cooling rad for the 2001 Lightning the F75Z-8005-FA is the same rad used in the 98-99 super cooled F150's and is the same as in the 97 super cooled F150's. The 2.02" 2 row rads are all the same from 97-2001 just a part # change. The dealer and I compared and measured all of the above radiators.

The 1.42" has much more mass that the 1.02" and the 1.42" has a little bigger tank on the one side. But the 2.02" rad is huge next to both and the tank on the one side is bigger than both of the others. I had the 2.02" on my other F150's and the fan never kick on and the AC was always nice and cool. Not like on my 2001 SCrew fan kick on AC get warm and I know it's because of this 1.02" rad we'll see next week.

They will be installing the 2.02" rad this week.

Talking

As I posted yesterday evening after hearing from my service manager, he ordered the YL3Z 8005 GA radiator for my S'Crew. It should be here by Thursday.

I am very happy with the way he handled the situation. I will take pictures once it is in and post them.

Just went to the dealership here in Federal Way Washington. I walked in and talked to the service guy and asked him "Just for grins, What all is included with the 535 trailer towing package?" He said he wasn't sure but he would help me find out. We went to the sales dept and he was asking for the "road map" from one of the sales guys. He had a large binder with pamphlets that appeared like brochures all booked together. Luckily, I had my window sticker which read "trailer towing group, class III" (THIS IS IMPORTANT!!!!!). As we read through the book there were two areas, one that read trailer towing package and another that read trailer towing group. Under the trailer towing group, was "cooling upgrade (larger radiator)" IT SPELLED IT OUT!!!! I told him the part number for the 1.42" (thanks guys)and he said OK.

Well, my 1.42" goes in Thurs.

Note: The parts guy did say that there was only one rad for the truck though. The service guy said "Well, I called MY parts guy...not the idiot at the public parts desk!" ....What does that tell you???
Good luck!!!!
