Screw Off Road Package

I agree with you. They should have realized that people were going to end up with something other than what they wanted if 17" tires and wheels were ordered, and they changed the availability. A simple inquiry on their part would have saved a lot of headaches and dissatisfied customers. Good luck straightening this out!

I have been looking at the SuperCrews on the lot, and they all have the Goodyear Wrangler RT/S tires (265/70-17). I have a 99 F150 with ORP and it came with the Wrangler AT/S tires. If I can get a good deal on a SuperCrew, I will insist they swap out the RT/S for AT/S tires. The AT/S have a much more aggressive tread, and I have 22k miles on mine so far and they still look new. I have previously owned the RT/S and was not impressed with them in the snow and they had to be replaced at 30k miles.
I agree...why offer an ORP and then put those wimpy Wrangler RT/S tires on it?!?!

You can get a different tire than the RT/S on the SuperCrew. If you order the LT265 instead of the P265 tires (a $300 addition) with the ORP you get either the AT/S or BFG Long Trail T/A's, I'm not sure which. I doubt there will be many of these on dealer's lots unless you factory order it this way.
