Post Beware...these idiots are out there

Guess this is what being a free and open society is all about. But I hate stickers being put on my vehicles.

The group has a terrorist type tactic of tagging SUVs with bumper stickers.

Thumbs down

I have nothing against free speech but when someone puts something like this on your private property without persmission that is tresspassing and harrasment. If I caught someone doing this on my truck I would (try to) have them arrested for tresspassing. And make them take it off my vehicle.

This is what these type of people do, they force you into their opinion no matter what yours is. typical.

It's one of those "only in Marin County" stories. Those of us from the Bay Area know what I mean.

Merry Christmas!

Angry

These tree hugger radicals really tick me off. I don't dispute their right to drive SUV wannabee Subarus, they need to respect mine.

I looked at their website and kept expecting to see algore pop up. Heck, my company designs industrial wastewater remediation and recycling technology. I do more for the environment than they will ever think about doing.

I really enjoyed the section on why to sell one's SUV. They say I am four times more likely to die in a crash in my truck or SUV. Tell you what, I'll take my chances in a crash in my big ole SuperCrew against their rice burner. Somehow I think that I'd come out better than they.

Finally, if I do catch one of them putting one of those stickers on my truck, I will press charges. The good thing about living in the beautiful mountains of NE Tennessee is that we don't have a lot of the environmentalist wackos around here.

Interesting post!

Sonoma Super Crew:

Where did you purchase your S-Crew? I also live in Petaluma and hope to place an order next month. Please email me at schmidt@svn.net if you have a chance.

Thanks in advance.

There's a article about these morons in today's oklahoman newspaper, an wire article, I think.

Like Mikentenn, I'm a tree hugger, too, and I am in the environmental business myself and I do more in my sleep to protect the environment and make is safer for these people to live and work everyday than these idiots will do in this life and the next.

I'd like to give them a written test: "spell the word "environment".

I guess this is another reason to have your vehicle protected by the smith & wesson property protection system (swpps).

Here are his rules so at least our SuperCrews should be safe from this vandalistic act!

"MY RULES"

"1. I only tag the big ones. The Ford Expeditions and Excursions (I avoid the Explorers), Chevy or GMC Suburbans, 1500's, 2500's which often go by the Yukon and Tahoe name. I tag in the affluent suburbs where they never get dirty or use the 4 wheel drive. I figure that most people in rural areas are probably using them for a functional purpose and therefore don't tag in these areas.

2. I don't tag commercial vehicles like contractors or any business affiliated vehicle. Also no pickup trucks. I have no gripe with people who really need these gas-guzzlers. It's the morons who are keeping up with the Jones' that raise my back hairs.

3. I don't retag vehicles that I recognize as already tagged (I can usually spot left over pieces from the original tagging).

4. I only tag late model vehicles, not some beat up old Suburban some poor soul has inherited.

5. I don't tag just because it's a four-wheel drive vehicle. Only the types that never use 'em (soccer mom's etc.). That leaves 85%.

With these restrictions there is still an unlimited number of eligible vehicles."

These Eco-terrorists should realize that these efforts only increase the negative responses towards their efforts. The reality is that they are part of the problem themselves. Do they drive cars, heat their homes with gas, live in wood homes, etc, etc?

A true extreme environmentalist would kill themselves because the only thing they contribute to this world is ***** and p!ss! All Humans take from this world's resources. So do the world a favor and kill yourself! Come on, every little bit helps, right!

Cool

Well, I haven't seen any of these folks here in southern california yet. Perhaps because they know what kind of greeting they would get here. In the suburban area I live every soccer mom has a suburban, yukon etc. It seems that I'm seeing more women driving SCrews here lately as well.

Exclamation

I don't have a SuperCrew, but I almost bought one...if anyone ever touches my truck, or anyone I know's truck, I will personally hunt them down, and beat the living shizit out of them. Free speach is one thing, vandalism is another.

The person that has the misfortune to place one of these stickers on my vehicle will find out how it tastes, as they will be eating off of my bumper on their hands and knees.
