Talking Newbie With New '07 SCREW!!

What's up guys (and any ladies, of course)? Let me just start off my saying that you guys really have something good going on here. I am very impressed by the wealth of knowledge, information, and dare i say it, love (maybe comraderie is a better word!). I have seen very few boards on the internet that have as little "bashing" as this site does. That is really commendable. Well, just got my brand new 2007 SCREW last week off the lot and along w/my trade in (a 2000 Ranger w/only 75K miles on it) I believe I got a really good deal on this AWESOME truck. I am 25yrs old and this is my first brand new vehicle, and I researched it myself, financed it myself (through a bank I mean, and not thru the dealership) and drove away from that lot in a BAD *****! So please exuse my 'over-excitment', I'm just proud of myself and this beautiful piece of work. Already done some minor mods to it by having a K&N AIC Series 63 installed, along w/the flowmaster 50 series exhaust kit w/two magnaflow kits (yeah, i know doesn't match but after reading seems like a couple peeps have done this). Next, will be some new tires and rims in the near future. Looking into some Pirelli Scorpian Zero Asimmetricos along w/the Amerian Racing Assault 275/45/22's. Well, talked y'alls ears off enough. Hit me up w/any thoughts, concerns, or welcome. You guys rock!!!!
Will try to get some pics up soon as well.
