I know its supposed to be on the passenger side door jam area, but mine is gone. I tried looking under the dash on the passenger side near the firewall and nothing Where else can i find the computer code? This is driving me crazy

If you're referring to the plug for computer diagnostic equipment, I believe it was on the driver's side under the dash, somewhat above the gas pedal on my 1999. I suppose they could have moved it, however.

 

Look under the dash, against the door panel, near the fire wall on the passenger side. You may have to take the plastic arm off of the computer to read the computer code. I had the same problem finding mine until I removed the "arm or bracket". It was covering the number.

 

Just installed a Scangague II on my 02 Supercrew. Computer code plug is located on underside of dash, right side of steering column next to the trailer brake connection. As memory serves it is directly in line with the gas pedal.
