Man, my 2001 4.6 has 203146 as of right now. 90 miles round trip day job plus tons of trips everywhere. Problems: 6 coil packs and 1 alternator. I love my truck...

I just took my first road trip and got 18.556 for 390 miles going 75 mph the whole way. Not too bad in my book!

I buy a new truck every year or two, so I really never had one with high miles. Out of the 7 F-150's I've owned, I only had minor mechanical problems with my '97 4.6L SCab. It blew several OEM plugs, DPFE went bad and the motor in the driver's side mirror died. My '05 had head liner rattle and some dash squeaks (dealer fixed it no problem).

2002 Screw with 80,000 miles here.

Only had to replace two coil packs on #3 and #4 cylinder and outer rear axle seal that started to leak due to a out of balance stock tire that vibrated it to hell.

I'll keep this truck till I die....

113,000 on my 2001, I haven't had it too awful long but there haven't been any problems at all since I've owned it. I bought it from the original owner.
