Mileage on your Screw?
I have 45,300 miles on my 01 Screw. Only problem was a coil pack at about 40,000 miles. It is the best truck I have ever owned, really like it. Have three vehicles and only drive the truck when towing my trailer, fishing, or hunting.

Bought my '01 Screw in August 2000...119000 miles so far.
Entire rear axle replaced at 35,000 miles (warranty) to stop the whining after two unsuccessful rear diff rebuilds.
New larger radiator back in '01 due as part of Ford's settlement of the "big radiator, little radiator" fiasco.
I could deal with those, and would buy another Screw eventually...maybe when the brakes wear out.
(Still on the original brakes).

and the truck was a total loss. The new truck is a 2006 with 2,000 miles on it now.
The only problems I ever had out of the 01 was coil packs, three of them had been replaced.
I'll be in the "high mileage" club in short order. I have a 120 mile round trip commute to work. The 2004 Ram I'm trading in tomorrow was bought brand new and has just under 78K on it. Hopefully my '07 S'crew is doing better when it's 3 years old w/ 80K on it than the Ram is.
Why I drive a truck for this commute, I have no reason for other than I'm an idiot who likes to throw money down the gas filler.

At least with the F150 you can do it in comfort, style, and safety!
Back to the post, though I have a 2005 bought in August of 2005, and I just hit 14,600 miles. I had a slightly loose rear sliding window that needed minor tweaking (Not sure if that was due to my stereo, or not), and then when I bought it new I found traces of tranny fluid underneath. They said it was a seal, and replaced it. Not sure if it really leaked, or just had been spilled when built. No issues since.
My Dad has a 2004 4x4 screw lariat and I think he has around 60K+ miles and he hasn't had a single warranty issue. Not one
