A couple weeks after I bought mine I got a nice note in the mail that said I had to bring a check for $21.50 with me to get my plates since they underestimated licensing. Ahhhh, how thoughtful!! Gotta watchout at the dealerships, it's like a prison shower room!

all the dealers in central jersey continue to give for free - trouble and poor service. the 2 i have been to oasis and toms ford both suck.

if some one has reccomendations for a good service dept in this area i would love to here it.

my wife is liking the crap service as she thinks that i will hold on to the stang and 150 for a long time since i like fords but cant deal with the stealership service. no sense in having a warranty if they arent smart or determined enough to fix small problems.

When I bought my 05' new I got a big package from Ford, including: two coffee mugs, two road atlas's, two stuffed bears, a thermos, and two t-shirts.

I haven't got anything since buying the new 06' yet?

Not squat

I bought 5 brand new ones in 4 years. A 2001 F-250 crewcab shortbed 4x4, a 2001 Mustang, a 2002 Taurus SES, a 2003 SportTrac, and a 2004 Loaded FX4 supercrew. I never got crap and I worked for Ford for 10 years(sept.'95-may'05) I now drive a 2001 Lariat Supercrew 4x4, and wife has a '98 GrandPrix. And I work for Dodge.

I paid cash for my 05 s'crew and all I got was a key fob. Tho you should have seen the sales manager shake like a dog ****tin' peach pits when he had the nerve to ask me "is this drug money?"...

Back in 01 I got a little blanky with a picture of a Screw on it. It is nice to sit on when the leather is cold.

tho I guess I'd add that my dealer, Leif Johnson, does the oil change and rotate the tires for $22.. cheaper than I could do it myself

paid 21,500 after all the tax and bs charges, cash... for new 05 "Texas Edition" S'crew.. was something they had put up on their website as a "special".. lol.. there was great debate and consternation when I came in with the page printed out, they tried to say it was a mistake, I told them nope, look what I printed from your website.. they didn't like it and I'm pretty sure someone got in trouble over it.. it was gone from their site the next day.. but they are a good dealership with a good rep here in austin.. and I tell everyone I know to get their oil changes there.. seriously, they charge $9.95 for just oil and filter, the rest is what they charge me for rotation.. caint beat it with a stick..
