Today when I went to my local FORD dealer, to pick up the registration & the new plates for my new 2007 SuperCrew F-150, my saleswoman, gave me a F-150 trailer hitch cover, a FORD WATCH, & a Harley Davidson/Ford Pickup T-shirt. Has anyone else got these type of items for buying a New F-150? from their Dealer? I am curious?

 

I just bought a 2007 FX4 SCrew "Luxury Package" and didn't get squat but free oil changes.

The stuff they gave you are closeout items at the Ford store. Maybe they're cleaning out the display cases, or maybe they just really liked you!

 

I got a fat book that says I owe them over $500 for the next 5 years

 

When I bought my 07, I got a hand shake. That's all.

 

I will let you know Wednesday, as that is when i pick up my new Harley.

My salesman gave me a handshake and two stones in my ring were missing.

The General Manager also stopped me in the showroom and gave me a big hug.
When I got home I found out my underwear were gone.

 

I got a license plate, a trucker hat, some key chains, and a plastic travel mug.

 

I bought a new mustang in '96, got a shirt. A new 99 f150, couple weeks later package showed up....2 foldup chairs in a nice ford bag. 02 explorer, 2 fleece blankets that show outline of ford trucks with logo.

 

In 05, i got Carrying bag with some cordless tools. Milwaulkee I think, sawzall, drill, rechargeable batteries, charger. pretty nice, I use the often. When we bought the Expedition, received 2 folding chairs in a storage bag. They match the interior and have Ford logo and Expedition on the back of each chair. We use them often as well.

 

So, nobody got two rhinestones and a pair of underwear in the mail?

 

I do seem to recall my wife opening some package, screaming and throwing it in the fireplace.

 

The only things I got were raped on my trade in and some free car washs for a town I don't even live in

 

You got to be on your toes at the dealership.
A mechanic was stealing my hubcaps while I was signing the papers and the secretary tried to kiss me on the way out. But I was too smart for that and still have my gold fillings.
