Astro Platinum Lid / Fiberglass Tonneau

Does anyone happen to have any photographs showing an Astro Platinum lid installed on a SuperCrew? I'm seriously considering going with this lid but, with the photographs on Astro's website, I'm slightly unsure about the look.

Anyone?

Thanks in advance!

UPDATE:

I bit the bullet and went ahead and ordered it. Pictures to follow in a few weeks when it arrives...

Thanks Liny. I'll get them up just as soon as I get it on the truck...

RP, you gotta forgive concrete guy, he's from the east coast. All the rejected Newfie Screech goes to Nova Scotia.

Thanks Hunt... around $700 (including carpet and light which were standard on this lid).

Rock,

You might have already answered this question, but did you order it locally or on-line somewhere?

Thanks in advance & I understand being "zapped" - I just came off refereeing 10 soccer games at an open tournament this weekend myself!!!

Ahh, a fellow referee...

I bought it from a local truck shop here in Louisville that sells the Astro brand....

Unrelated...

How long have you been officiating? What levels?

Thanks - I will search for a dealer here in Texas.

As for soccer, I am actually in my first year refereeing after playing off and on for 25 years and coaching for about 5 years. I got into it (refereeing, I mean) for our high school games in Northeast Texas and Southwest Arkansas, but I have found myself at youth tournaments and rec games (USSF & USYSO stuff) more than I planned. I really love the game and to see the exuberance of the 12-18 year old players takes me back to my childhood.

How about you??

Their website is astro-cap.com. I believe that you can research dealerships from there if you wish...

As for soccer, I've been refereeing for almost 12 years now (since I was 16) and actually wore a 1994 patch the other day to see if anyone would notice. LOL! No one did.

I've been doing everything from U-10 comp to Division I AAA college (with EVERYTHING in between). I'm also a USSF Assessor.

I enjoy it and it keeps me with the game that I played for 20 years. I tell everyone that, since I got old and fat, I just referee. I just need to be blind to complete the trifecta (although, some will argue that I have achieved that goal already).
