Seeing that I have no denatured alcohol in the house... would rubbing alcohol work? Maybe vinegar?

I'm just trying to avoid having to buy another bottle of 'stuff'.

Rockpick,

How are those wipers working out? By the way, it rained here for me in PA driving home on Tuesday night. I carefully was watching the wipers, and, no jerking.

Keep me posted man!

Tomorrow should be the first rain event test for the wipers. Front moving through tonight that means driving in the rain will be unavoidable going and coming from work tomorrow....

I'll post results/thoughts/opinions/dirty jokes.

Pretty steady rain on the way to work this morning...

All I can say is ...

These things are nice... If they hold up as good as this for the next 5 years, these will be MORE THAN WORTH what I've paid for them.

Thanks again for the recommendation Jag! I'm sold.

Rockpick,

Glad to hear that they are working like a champ!

I was beginning to think that:

1. I was gonna beat on my buddy for recommending them.
2. You got a defective set.

But all seems to be OK now!

I really do hope they least five years, if they do, its DEFINITELY worth the price paid.

My friend in sunny Hawaii has had his for 3 out of 5 years and he says they still work like the day he installed them. I will keep in touch with him/you and let you know his results!

Yeah, please do...

Do yours say 'Silblade' on the wiper assembly? That's just about the only thing I really don't like. I'd prefer just standard all black with no advertising on them... but, I shall survive. I better get used to that... 5 years is a long time.

LOL!

Yeah, mine say 'Silblade' on the wiper arms too. I know I was not too thrilled about that either, but hey, they work like a champ!

LOL

Yup, that's what I was referring to...

I know it sucks.

Perfect examples of that are well known stadiums, which now have a bank or airlines name on it!

Im with ya man!

On the flip side of that... I don't mind promoting a product that I believe in thus, I'll live with it...
