You Know Your Compulsive Obsessive

Please feel free to add your own...

Your know you are compulsive obsessive about your truck when you...

Get up at three o'clock to see if your oil filter is leaking, after you changed the oil the day before...

Have fun...
Peace

When you hit a curb with the tire and you wash the tire and put armor all on it.

when you take your kid's muddy soccer shoes off and before you throw them in the bed, you put them in a plastic bag, and then another one to be sure they don't get the bedliner muddy.

Buy a 4x4 with the FX4 option then drive around puddles so it doesn't get dirty,

and,

hand wash it on the first sunny 30* day in spring being careful not to slip on the ice that forms on the cement shaded by the truck.

when you install Lightning tailllights, and your order of zaino comes the next day, so you pull the taillights to zaino BEHIND them

OR

When you remove your spare tire to wash it and throw a coat of zaino on it

OR

when you put the truck up on jackstands and pull all the rims to detail the suspension and undercarriage all by hand and spend 20 hours non stop working on it

oh the list goes on and on

When you drive the vehicle for a maximum of 1 mile and come back only to spend 45+ minutes re-detailing the entire vehicle.

Including, but not limited to, cleaning the glass, full Mequires Final Inspection cleaning, redressing the tires, and wiping the running boards/wheel wells out.

-sidenote: Almost all of these are me to a 't'... I really like the one about pulling off the side of the road to clean a bug 'splat' off of the vehicle.... btw, I'm the same with 'bird splats'.

Great topic...
