so impatient to get them installed..

That doesn't sound good to me. Idle is too fast/high.

 

Any updates? Mine sounds pretty good with the cams now with my quiet setup, but cutouts would be pretty sick

 

I'll get them installed this Saturday, videos should come up the same day

 

I just received the cut-outs today and realized that the bypass isn't 100% as I thought it would be, so some of the flow will still go through the muffler

me kinda disappointed..

so the plan is Saturday morning I get them installed, and Sunday morning I'll do 3 dyno pull, cutouts on then off then on

 

It should still be incredibly loud even if it doesn't flow 100% out the cutout.

 

preliminary video, I just wanted to go home, waited too long at the shop lol
$450 install, it took about 1.5 hour to install the 2 cut-outs and the rest is wiring the truck with the switch, I don't know why it took that long..

the challenge was to find room for the cut-outs and keeping the clearance, so the garage removed one of the protective plate in order to install one of the cut-outs

the garage suggested to add pipes on the side for the cut-outs, thoughts?
