Ok I understand that. So the pump isn't strong enough for my injectors so they are only putting out as much as the pump can. So if I get a bigger pump or something along the lines then I'll be using the full amount of the 55lb injectors.

I see. Makes sense thanks. I'm not sure I want to go that route yet but I'll do the most I can with stock fuel pump and stock motor internals

From what ive read 12 psi is safe on stock internals WITH A GOOD TUNE.

Personally i recommend ya get a fuel pump then the custom tune so everything can be incorporated properly.

My peraonal preference is the dual in dual out. No sense having two mufflers. Double the weight and expense.

No we don't. Ford went to a returnless fuel system with the 04 up trucks that uses voltage to control fuel pressure. That's one reason you can't just throw any standard style pump in the fuel tank to boost fuel delivery.

Thats right. My mistake. I do recall Troyer saying that. And he told me we have to go to a return system if and when I go built. Basically anything above 700hp. Sorry about that. Had the details crossed in my mind.

Walbro's give the best bang for the buck. Aeromotive is another choice. Possibly Bosch.

The highest psi you can do safely on stock block is 12 psi and thats with a damn good tune.
