the procharger kit on the mustangs is doing well, I'd love to see one on a truck with a boss intake manifold swap and long tubes

Hell yeah. Procharger and vortech have boss adapters for the mustangs and they make really good power. So if companies would hurry up and make long tubes the charger kits will be out soon I hope.

where I havent seen them yet
I havent called on long tubes.
I talked to an idiot at procharger and they told me they have one for the 6.2 but nothing for the 5.0 and asked me if that would work.
I havent called anyone else yet, but I hope roush or whipple comes out with something that will take over the powertrain warranty.

Might want to at least give roush a call ......see if they have anything in development.....
They've had their mustang 5.0 kits out to awhile now....

That's cool!

As far as long tubes.....Stainlessworks.net was still waiting to get their hands on a truck so they could fab them up and that was back in June......

I don't know of anyone else making the long tubes for the 5.0?

Yeah. They want a 4*4 so they only have to make them once and it will work for both 4*4 and 2wd.

I'm assuming this is going to be for the 6.2 not the 5.0 so I wouldn't wait around for Roush. Might want to look into some custom options with a pro charger or turbo.

They said 5.0. I personally believe that they just have to modify plumbing from the mustang kit. I may not even go with a charger for a while until warranty is out. Now I'm looking at boss intake and other small things.
