No power!!!

Hey guys im new to the site and am needing some help before i pull all of my hair out. I just put a procharger on and went and had it tuned. It doesnt feel like it has any more power than it did without it. 8.5 psi is what it was making so i know the bypass is working like it is supposed to. It only made 217hp on the dyno. What do you guys think?

You are sure its making boost?
Have you check the plugs, what are they gapped too?
What amount of timing are you running?
Whats your a/f look like?
