STS Turbo ???

Does anyone have any experience with the STS Turbo set up? How does this set up hold up in the rain and snow? I have read both that it works just fine and it doesnt work at all when it gets wet.

Does anyone have any pics of this kit on their f-150? I want to see how it ties into the exhaust, I have a Gibson exhaust.

Great choice on the whipple. Lots of upgradeable potential with that setup.

Wish I would have gone the s/c route. Alot less hassle and many headaches could have been avoided. Then again, I had aspirations for 15+ pounds of boost last year. Oh well. My truck is nasty when its dry and its not ripping itself apart with all the horsepower she has. Just so you guys know, my truck has been sitting in the same parking spot for almost two months now. A seal on the tranny went out as I was driving down the highway at about 70mph. The only reason I realised it was the massive amount of smoke comming out of my truck from the fluid hitting the exhaust piping. At first I thought my oil pump for the turbo had failed and the turbo was on fire. When I realised my truck wasn't burning to the ground I looked underneath and saw all the red fluid. So no pay day for me.The guy who built my tranny has it warranteed, but I have to get it to him somehow, and his shop is 60 miles away. So hopefully tommorrowi can get it down to him using my buddies 5.4 fx4 and another buddies trailor.

I had a similar experience with a trans fluid line coming loose and fluid spraying the mufflers...it's like your own personal forest fire under the truck! lol

Yup. Nothin beats getting stranded in atlanta after you have to drive an hour though a thunder storm and you ground out your spark plugs....
