With the supercharger your getting plenty of air in,,now you need to get it out.
I run long tube headers with high flow cats into an X pipe, into 2 mufflers and 2 pipes out the back.
So it's a dual 2.5" system ( your choice of mufflers and exit anywhere ya want.)
The most important part for making more power is the long-tube headers and high flow cats!

Here is my exhaust setup

if I were to do it again I would choose two mufflers a little bit longer because my setup is insanely loud.

I did not!
Only thing that I saw less boost with was the ported heads and cams. About 2 to 3 PSI less.

LTs with hi-flow cats, 2.5" true duals X piped, Magnaflow mufflers, or Dynomax Bullets.

I agree with you on going with two mufflers right off the bat. The sound with my true dual setup is tolerable compared to my original setup. Long tubes, high flow cats, x-pipe, and performance mufflers such as Magnaflow’s are the way to go.

If you have the extra money laying around,,,it's definitely worth it.

LT's would only cost you about $450 for 25+ hp/tq at the wheels ....and for the "bang for your buck" its one of the best mods out there.

I've been wanting long tubes myself, however, I don't know if there's enough room to jack up the block with the supercharger in place. There's little to no room between the SC/TB and fire wall. Has anybody done it with the SC already installed?

No you would have to take the supercharger off to install the LT's

weazel, My headers work fine the only thing I dont like about them is the gaskets that come with them other than that they are a great header IMO. for 409.49 you cant beat that!
I got the cats from performance peddler they were about 50 each
